Clean condensers & evaporators on ice machines, coolers and freezers.
Clean and sanitization of ice machines (to be performed 1-2 times annually depending on equipment and location).
Inspect and replace hinges & gaskets on coolers and freezers as needed.
Record overall food service equipment operation and communicate all needed repair/maintenance changes to on-site management as needed.
Installation/replacement of filter media on all indoor condensers to aid in both the operation and the efficiency of maintenance procedures.
