On June 2nd, of 2006 our founder, Otis Bogue left a leadership position in Madison, SD at a Watertown based sign company to begin a journey in HVAC/R. In short order, it became clear that there were a lot of restaurants in the area that needed cooking equipment repaired, maintained and replaced, and no one within a 100 miles to provide the service. For the next 16 years, he worked in the field, and learned continually about HVAC/R and especially commercial kitchen equipment. On January 27th, 2022 it was time to create a business dedicated to a 'Kitchens First' approach for Commercial Food Service Facilities.
